Job Opening - Customer Success Specialist (Full-time)

We are looking for an energetic and service focused Partner Success Specialist to contribute to one of the fastest growing IT software companies in Alberta. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in maintaining and improving our exceptional customer experience. This role will be responsible to provide configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Passportal’s product suite.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide cheerful and courteous Telephone, E-mail and Web support for customers and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
  • Continually develop product expertise by reviewing new functionality, testing new products, and utilizing company resources.
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting software related products.
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate, clear and concise records of all calls and contacts.
  • This position requires consistent punctuality.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year direct experience in a help desk position
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to schedule time effectively and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills
