New Feature Announcement: Folders for Articles

By SolarWinds Passportal

Based on popular feedback from our partners, we are delighted to announce that Folders for Articles is now available.

The new feature means that you can now not only create Folders in the client Credentials screen, you can also create them in the Articles screen. This allows you to organize client credentials and articles into a more accessible and easy to follow structure that works for both you and your clients.

“As partner adoption and input into the system has grown,” explains Colin Knox, director of product strategy, SolarWinds Passportal,”the amount of articles being created has grown exponentially and requires an improved method of structuring and sorting the information.”

The new folder structure for articles, allows users to:

  • Clean up the Articles section so it is no longer in one long list
  • Lock down folders to individual technicians for greater security
  • Provide more intuitive grouping Articles together by subject, type, etc.

Please note, you must have SolarWinds Documentation Manager in order to access Articles.
