Here at Passportal, we take product feedback from our partners extremely seriously. We also believe that listening to our partners, team members, and prospects is a sure-fire way to build a better product. When we receive this feedback, we use it to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.

We have now integrated a partner feedback system directly within the Passportal platform called Receptive! Now, you can tell us anything–

Passportal’s super easy-to-use partner feedback system displays directly within the Passportal platform on the upper right-hand corner indicated by icon.
Receptive has great features to mention:

- Feature Request (ability to submit a feature wish-list to help advance our software)
- Feature Feedback (share your voice with us)
The next time you log in to Passportal, we’d love for you to poke around and try the widget!
