Having been with Passportal for only four short months, Andrew has jumped right into sales team and has mastered educating our partners about Passportal. Andrew has worked in technology sales for 9 years, across 3 different businesses. This experience backs his passion to find new ways to help his partners drive efficiency into their day-to-day business.

When asked what Andrew is most passionate about professionally, he responded, “I’ve always seen myself as a problem solver. Our partners, whether they are fully aware of it or not, often face challenges in their MSP business that can be solved. Being an expert in a solution that frees up technician time and improves productivity has empowered me to communicate all the ways that an MSP can improve their operational efficiency. It provides a sense of gratification when I know I can help.”
In regards to Andrew's daily ambitions, he comments, “With any customer facing role, I find honesty and trust are the most integral values. We are the faces of the Passportal, the people who our partners interact with the most when deciding which solution to choose. We want our partners to trust us that we are providing the right information to make the best decision, tailored to their business.”
Fun fact about Andrew; he enjoys living like a true Canadian which includes spending time with his family, golfing and fishing. Andrew recently became new dad, discovering that it’s the best thing in the world, nothing comes close!
