Product Support Specialist
We are looking for an energetic and service focused Product Support Specialist to contribute to one of the fastest growing IT Software companies in Alberta. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in maintaining and improving our exceptional customer experience. This role will be responsible to provide configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Passportal’s product suite.
- Provide cheerful and courteous Telephone, E-mail and Web support for customers and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
- Continually develop product expertise by reviewing new functionality, testing new products, and utilizing company resources.
- Configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting software related products.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate, clear and concise records of all calls and contacts.
- This position requires consistent punctuality.
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in a help desk position
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Able to schedule time effectively and prioritize
- Strong communication skills
